Best Shows of LFW Fall Ready to Wear 2018

London Fashion Week ended three days ago and there were some beautiful shows. London was a little different from New York with the types of styles and designs that came on the runway. Here are my favorite shows from this season and why they stood out from the others. Enjoy guys!

10. Chloe

This is the most ready to wear collection on this list. The detail in the clothes is what makes it stand out from something you can buy at H&M. From lavish over-sized coats to embellished little bags to even throwing in a hit on femininity, this collection was a refreshing start.

9. Burberry

This collection is a bit crazy, but who doesn't love it? The message of the collection is beautiful in itself, and it is empowering to see clothes that show a statement. Some pairings are out there, but when you look at the pieces you can see the detail and how the piece works.

8. Matty Bovan

WOW, just wow. Who would have thought of mixing tweed and weaving with dyed prints and odd shapes? This is so amazing to see on the runway. The way the pieces moved were breathtaking and the final pieces with the statement balloons throw it out of the water.

7. Batsheva

It's very old fashioned and sweet. Not a lot of looks, but the pieces show that even with being vintage looking and covered up, there is beauty behind everything. The dresses are soft and have an innocence to them that I really liked seeing.

6. Mary Katrantzou

I am in love with the typography against the detailed patterns. Such a stunning collection with so many little hints continuing onto the next piece you see. The mixture of colors was also very cool to see with some more older styled patterns. I want this coat in the photo above. It is just breath taking.

5. Holly Fulton

This collection is about the 60s and it works. Each look has a impression of the 60s yet still brings in new and exciting ways to achieve the looks. Having skirts and jackets the same pattern as the leg warmers is a brilliant idea and the bold colors really stand out. This jacket above is so beautiful and the color is so perfect for fall.

4. Fashion East

All of the weaving in this collection is fantastic. Having big coats with tweed that does not cover the whole figure is a new take on the style. The show just wanted you to keep seeing more as each look came along the runway.

3. Marques'Almeida

All that yellow! I adore the mixture of the yellows, blacks, and whites on this runway. The style of the clothes go from modern to vintage in a couple of pieces. From slimming silhouettes to over sized dresses and sleeves this collection had it all, each piece was its own but still part of a family.

2. Roksanda

Classic. The saturated and unsaturated colors together really shined on this runway. With the classic silhouettes and beautiful detailed work of the pieces, the colors stood out. Even with some looks being so bright, it flowed well for the collection. The last piece was so cool as it was so different from the others with it being white and having so much body.

1. Erdem

Every season they just kill it! I knew even before this show that it would be in my top ten. They always show elegance and detail that makes me extremely happy. This collection was a show stopper. The looks were so perfectly done with every single part that made this whole collection pop. It is so hard to choose a favorite look. The colors, style, and texture show what I want to be as a designer and what I strive to become.

Tell me which collection is your favorite. See you guys Monday for the top trends from New York!
