Top Ships From My Childhood TV Shows

I have a problem. I love shipping couples together way too much. If you guys watched my summer favorites video, you would have seen that I have a whole notebook dedicated to my ships. 

I already have three ship related posts and I love making them. My favorites of all time have changed a little, but that's for another post. I have decided to make a top 10 for different categories which is how I put my ships together in my notebook. I have childhood, teen dramas, dramas, sitcoms, and different types of movies. I also have a special list for my favorites of all time. This is a new series that I am doing and I am super excited for it. Today, I am starting with my favorite childhood TV shows. I excluding movies because I have yet to put those down on paper and Romione would be number one anyway. So let's delve into my favorite ships from when I was a kid. Side note: most of these are in my top ships of all time. 

(Some of these go into teen years, since some shows did not end until then.)

 

10. Bailey and Cody (Suite Life on Deck)

My baby got the girl. Since I love Cole and his character, Cody, I was so excited when he finally had someone he loved. I shipped them from the very beginning and was so happy when she finally realized he loved her. Even though their relationship had its ups and downs, the ending was sweet and they were happy together. 

9. Alex and Mason (Wizards Of Waverly Place)

This one still hurts and I'm in my twenties. She is a wizard and he is a werewolf, so what could go wrong? They have broken up three times and gotten back together four. I had to look it up since I could not even remember everything that happened.  The biggest episode for me was when they first broke up and he was turned into a wolf for seemingly good. I cried for hours and I think that was the first time I ever seriously cried when a ship broke up. I love them. They're super cute. 

8. Danny and Sam (Danny Phantom)

We all rooted for these two to get together. I love their friendship and how they complement one another. After watching Danny pine over another girl for years, Sam realizes she is in love with him. It takes until the last episode for Danny to realize it and they share a beautiful kiss before he saves the world. They end up together and my heart is happy. 

7. Cleo and Lewis (H2O: Just Add Water)

I shipped this from the very beginning! My lord, I love these too. They both did not reveal their feelings until the end of season one, but it was worth the wait. I remember when the episode premiered over 10  years ago. I was jumping up and down when they finally kissed. Season 2 killed me when they broke up and he started to date someone new, but at the end of that season they got back together and were happy for the rest of the show. Love these two.

6. Chase and Zoey (Zoey 101)

He loved her for so long! How could she not know?! I love this show to death and watching them was always so much fun. There are so many cute moments between the two that I cannot write them all. I love when she finally found out by accident that he loved her and she knew she loved him. The whole switching places was so hard to watch and the fourth season wasn't right without Chase. I still remember watching the ending when it premiered 10 years ago. When he showed up at prom and they finally kissed and got together, it was one of the best moments. A great ending to one of my favorite childhood shows. 

5. Logan and Quinn (Zoey 101)

None of us saw this one coming. (EN: I did...) After she broke up with Mark and he pulled up in his Jet X and started talking to her, I knew I was gone. I was so shocked by that kiss, but I loved it. Not having Chase there was hard, but this ship saved the season. Even though they are polar opposites, they work so well together and they bring out the best in each other. The final moment when they reveal to everyone that they are together and profess their love for each other is my favorite moment of this show. It's so cheesy but I love them running together to kiss. 

4. Mai and Zuko (Avatar: The Last Airbender)

These cuties! Watching them in season three was wonderful. I was so happy that Zuko was finally in a good place until he realized he wasn't. After he left her to go join Aang, it was hard, but I knew they would end up together. The last episode gave them a great reunion that I love to watch still. In the comics, they broke up, but I am still waiting for a new issue for them to get back together. His daughter, Izumi, is totally Mai's. 

3. Aang and Katara (Avatar: The Last Airbender)

From the very beginning, I knew they were going to get married. Watching through the seasons, waiting for her to love him that way back. After he kissed her on the Solstice, she knew that there were hidden feelings, but she also knew they could not be together until after the war was over. So after Sozin's Comet, at the very end, they kiss passionately and get together. I cry and cry still to this day.  They had three beautiful children and I loved watching the rest of their story in The Legend of Korra, even though Aang was gone. Always a top fav. 

2. Kim and Ron (Kim Possible) 

Just yes. I have already ranted about these two in my top ships list, they are perfect for each other. They are best friends and so much more. I love that trope, but they do it so well. The last season where we got to see their relationship was amazing and the ending where they kiss and fly off into the sky together was a perfect ending to my favorite Disney show. I am so excited to see them together in the live action movie coming out. If they do not get together in it, I am not gonna be happy. 

1. Freddie and Sam (iCarly)

If you read top ships of all time, you can skip this paragraph. 

 I was originally a Creddie fan, but after the whole 'iSaved Your Life' fiasco, I was crushed. That is when I realized that Sam had feelings for Freddie and it all began. I kept waiting for the day for them to realize that they were meant for each other. I think Sam knew that she had feelings for Freddie after their first kiss, but she suppressed it. After almost four seasons, she finally made a move and she kissed him. Then it got better when he kissed her on iCarly, saying that they were both crazy. It's still one of my favorite scenes. Then the worst thing happened. They broke up after only being together for four episodes. It still breaks my heart when they said 'I love you' to each other. The reason they broke up was stupid and I hated it. Then when the final episode happened, there was some hope that they could rekindle their love. I was so mad when Carly kissed Freddie since I knew he still loved Sam. I am 21 and I still ship this to the core. They will forever be my favorite ship from my childhood and one of my favorites of all time.
